What is working verified live, raw HTML
✅ Full Bakery schema on the homepage. Correct address (29 Farmway RM8 2SR), phone, opening hours, geo, 4.6★ rating, map link, 8 social profiles, 25-town service area. Nothing structurally missing. (Note: naive scanners report "no schema" because they strip scripts; the markup is there.)
✅ /pages/llms is clean and footer-linked. Uses the compliant wording ("slots are shown at checkout once you enter your postcode") and even tells AI agents not to complete checkout without buyer approval.
✅ No AI crawler is blocked. GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, CCBot all fall under the site's allow-all rules.
✅ Google brand + local queries are dominated. "Cake Trays Romford" returns 7/7 own results; "cakes Dagenham delivery" has 2 pages in the top 4.
✅ Bing index (ChatGPT's feed): organic #1 and #2 for the brand, with TripAdvisor, MapQuest and Restaurant Guru (all correct address) behind.
✅ No "100% Halal" wording anywhere checked. Brand rule holds.
What is broken or risky
❌ llms.txt still promises same-day delivery in 5 places (lines 3, 37, 38, 57, 58), for example:
"Same-day and next-day delivery slots on many cakes". It contradicts the cleaned /pages/llms, and llms.txt is the file AI agents fetch first. Banned wording, straight violation of the copy rule.❌ Old Armstrong Close address on Bing page 1. hampsteadvillagelondon.com and allinlondon.co.uk both show "Armstrong Close RM8 1TF" in the brand top 10. ChatGPT citing either sends customers to a dead address.
❌ Same-day promises inside the homepage JSON-LD (knowsAbout list and service type), the exact machine-readable layer AI models quote.
❌ At least one page title promises same-day: "Fresh Cakes with Same-Day Delivery" on the Romford cake shop page.
⚠️ Schema review count (231) may be hardcoded vs GBP's live count; drift becomes a trust mismatch.
